The College will be closed all day August 11 for employee development.



New Student Convocation Information:

 

All students beginning a program will need to attend the following:

August 14th – Attend informational sessions from 8:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. Check-in beginning at 7:30 A.M.

Students not yet accepted into a program but are taking general education courses will need to attend: 

August 14th - Attend General Education Orientation from 1:30 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. You may come and go as you please but look to dedicate about 45 minutes to this process.

Students taking online/blended classes please attend one of the four informational sessions located in 307B:

August 17th - 10 A.M. - 11 A.M. or 3 P.M. - 4 P.M.

August 18th - 10 A.M. - 11 A.M.

August 20th - 6 P.M. - 7 P.M.

All Students that completed the financial aid process by July 1st, may pick up book vouchers beginning August 10th after 10 A.M. with valid photo ID. Book vouchers are valid until August 28th and can be redeemed at Varney’s Bookstore. Please note that the office will be closed on August 11th. All new students should receive a detailed schedule of Welcome/Convocation events in with their billing statements by the first week in August.
