Concurrent Enrollment Checklist (Click for Printable PDF)

Application to Manhattan Tech (New Students Only)                                                         Complete the High School Admission Application to Manhattan Tech. Please allow at least 7 business days for processing of application.

MATC Email and Online Account
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email to your personal email address. This email will provide instructions on how to access your student portal and reset your temporary password. Your MATC email will be used for all Manhattan Tech communication.

Students must either take the ACCUPLACER or show qualifying ACT scores to enroll in
English Composition I and/or College Algebra. See minimum qualifications below. To schedule a placement test, click here

Meet With Your High School Counselor
Students must complete the Concurrent Enrollment Form, provided by the high school counselor or on the MATC website. Students are responsible for retrieving ALL necessary signatures. Students must complete this form each semester they wish to enroll for concurrent/dual credit courses.

Meet With Manhattan Tech Representative to Register for Classes
Check with your counselor for dates to attend an enrollment session. The Manhattan Tech representative will be at the high school to enroll students in their courses. Please bring your completed Concurrent Enrollment Form & Parent Financial Agreement when you come to enroll.

Purchase Textbooks
Visit the Manhattan Tech Virtual Bookstore to order your textbooks. NOTE: Some high schools provide textbooks for certain courses. Check with your high school counselor before ordering.

Submit Payment (If Applicable)
Your bill can be found on MATC Online and a copy will be mailed to you. Payment can be made online, over the phone, or by mail. Payment plans are also available. Please call our business office at 785.320.4512 for more information.
